Jardin Boutique Apartment
This very special boutique apartment is part of a listed monument building in the Jordaan neighbourhood, just around the corner of the Prinsengracht. The property is finished with several stunning touches and includes two traditional boxbeds and a luxurious boxbath.

The Jardin Boutique is divided over three levels. The interior of the property has been laid out to enhance the character of the building, old and new coming together to offer both aesthetic and practical value. A staircase leads from the ground floor to the lounge and dining area, the floor also housing the cleverly designed, stylish kitchen. The second level includes a study room and master bedroom equipped with flatscreen TV.The third level is a cosier affair with the two boxbeds placed either side of the entrance. A bathing area with the boxtub and a separate shower takes up the middle section. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Area
The apartment location provides easy access to the ‘Nine Streets’ and the Leidsesquare. The Jordaan quarter is particularly well known for its art galleries, fascinatingly diverse shops, small eateries and entertaining cafés. The word ‘Jordaan' comes from the French word ‘Jardin' (garden) and explains the relatively green character of the neighbourhood, many of the streets decorated with trees, flower boxes and attractive roof gardens.The 9 Streets offer genuinely unique shopping opportunities and some great spots to have a bite to eat and soak up some of the café atmosphere. The Leidsesquare is within a five minute walk and the Anne Frank House within ten. Public transport is also easily accessible around the corner.
