This stunning luxury apartment is divided over two levels. The first floor of the apartment features two bedrooms, a toilet, a small storage room and a luxury bathroom. The bedrooms have very comfortable Pullman beds and the design bathroom has a separate shower/bath and Philippe Starck basins. On the second floor you find the lounge area with a huge 40 inch Samsung TV/DVD, as well as two beautiful classic fauteuils and a comfortable sofa bed. Attached you will find the dining room and open kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a beautiful black retro Smeg fridge. In total the apartment enables six persons to sleep.

On the ground floor a private garage (parking on demand) will be operative soon.

For environmental reasons the heating has been partly generated by sun boilers and the lightning in the apartment partly consists of led lights, creating a nice atmosphere. The apartment has been designed and decorated by professional architects and interior decorators. All the materials and interior are of supreme quality and are brand new.
