A great apartment with two bedrooms, a bright and spacious living area and a private roof terrace. The building is located in a quiet street just off Utrechtsestraat in the heart of the Canal Belt.

This second floor apartment is divided over two levels. The first comprises the living/dining area and a brand new kitchen. The luxury interior has been finished to an excellent standard with a broad range of facilities to help make your stay in Amsterdam a pleasant one. The second level houses the master bedroom and boasts a king-sized bed. The second bedroom is to the back of the apartment and offers access to the roof terrace.
Area
The Utrechtsestraat area is well known, famous for its authentic boutique-style shopping, typical Amsterdam cafés and superb restaurants. The ‘Dutch Gordon Ramsey’, Herman den Blijker, recently opened a new restaurant in the neighbourhood called ‘Herrie'. It serves excellent food and offers a bonus opportunity to try and spot some Dutch celebrities. The cocktail menu in the downstairs bar has also proven to be very popular.
On the other side of the apartment’s street is the River Amstel, Amsterdam's main entrance by water. Crossing the river by the famous Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge) takes you toward the National Carré theatre and the Hermitage Museum.
